Inspection and testing follow the confirmed model, configuration, and order requirements for the product being manufactured.
Before production, the applicable mold is checked to confirm that its dimensions and surface condition are acceptable. After production and assembly, each completed unit receives the checks applicable to its confirmed components, functions, branding, and accessories.

CRITICAL DOOR AND SEALING AREAS
The walk-in door and sealing area are critical parts of a walk-in tub’s water-retention performance.
Every completed unit receives water leakage testing and door-seal testing. The door is also opened and closed to check its operation before the unit moves to final verification.
Applicable Functions Are Operated and Tested
INSTALLED-SYSTEM TESTING
When optional systems form part of the confirmed configuration, they are operated and function-tested on the completed unit. Depending on the order, these may include hydro massage, an air system, a heater, LED lighting, or ozone.
Applicable installed electrical systems are powered and function-tested. Optional equipment is not presented as standard on every model.
The Completed Product Is Checked Against the Confirmed Order
FINAL PRODUCT VERIFICATION
After applicable testing, every completed unit receives surface and finish inspection and is checked against the confirmed product configuration before packing.
Where applicable, customer logos, private label elements, product labels, and accessories are checked against the confirmed order requirements.
Packaging and product protection are then checked as part of pre-shipment preparation.
Individual Unit Traceability Through a Unique Product Code
UNIT-LEVEL IDENTIFICATION
Every SteadyTub tub carries its own unique product code on the stainless-steel frame.
QC inspection and testing records are linked to the individual tub through this product code. This provides a clear link between the individual tub and its inspection and testing record.
Inspection Evidence Available for Buyer Review
TESTING AND INSPECTION EVIDENCE
SteadyTub maintains QC inspection and testing records and has photo and video evidence of testing and inspection activities.
